Full payment is required before I begin work. This allows me to release songs as I finish them, considering any revisions.

No. With the amount of time and effort I put into every project, along with unlimited revisions, I am unable to offer any refunds.

I guarantee client satisfaction by providing unlimited revisions on both mixes and masters.

I offer all clients a substantial policy as described below:

• After all the revisions are completed the project is called "substantial". This then starts a clock in which the client has 30 days to receive further revisions free of charge. This is a great perk as artists may discover something you don't like after completion of a project. I am one of the few Engineers out there providing this service. 

I expect a potential client to listen to my samples prior to choosing me. My samples are an exact representation of the sound quality one could expect to receive. Of course, the outcome of the mix/master will be partially determined by the quality of recordings I receive.

• Individual Song (Single):

1. Mixing: 5-7 days
2. Mastering: 2-3 days
3. Mix & Mastering: 5-7 days

• EP (4-6 songs):

1. Mixing: 1-2 weeks
2. Mastering: 1 week
3. Mix & Mastering: 1-2 weeks

• Album (8+ songs):

1. Mixing: 2-3 weeks
2. Mastering: 1-2 weeks
3. Mix & Mastering: 2-3 weeks

At this time, I only accept Pro Tools and Reaper sessions, along with individual tracks.

Individual tracks should be 24 bit or 32 bit float, 44.1 kHz or higher.

I recommend zipping up all you files before sending them. 

• Windows - Right click the file you want to zip, and then select "Send to > Compressed (zipped)" folder OR "Compress to ZIP file.”

• Mac - Select the files or folder you want to zip, and right click on their selection. Select "Compress Items".
